Terms of Service

Rejuvv Luxury Spa Website

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and any associated services (the “Service”), including SMS, MMS, or other messaging communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Messaging Program Description

Rejuvv Luxury Spa provides an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers, vendors, and business partners regarding legitimate business interactions. Messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Appointment requests, confirmations, cancellations, and reminders
  • Treatment or service information and follow-ups
  • Pre and post-appointment instructions
  • Billing, payment, or account-related notifications
  • Practice updates, operational notices, or service availability

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of the interaction and user preferences. Rejuvv Luxury Spa does not send unsolicited text messages.

You may receive messages from us after you choose to engage with our company by:

  • Scheduling or requesting an appointment
  • Contacting us with questions about treatments or services
  • Completing an online form, consultation request, or intake form

Your consent is optional and not required to make a purchase.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may receive up to 10 promotional messages per month, as well as additional messages as needed for transactional or appointment-related communications.

5. Opt-Out & Support

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

For help or support, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at:

  • Phone: (913) 218-7095
  • Email: PENDING COUNSEL — the support email address published in §5 — the source page renders info@rejuvvluxuryspa.com, but contact-manifest.md records hello@rejuvvluxuryspa.com as the VERIFIED brand-level address on /contact/ and /contact-us/, and ANSWERS-LOG.md routes the new contact form to hello@rejuvvluxuryspa.com as the single inbox with no per-location routing. Two site surfaces publish two different mailboxes, neither source resolves the conflict, and CLAUDE.md §2.1 forbids picking one. The client must confirm which mailbox is monitored for CTIA-required HELP requests before this page ships.

6. Fees & Charges

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Rejuvv Luxury Spa is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred due to message delivery.

7. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging services are supported by most major U.S. carriers, but are not guaranteed to be available on all carriers or devices.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the messaging service for:

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging
  • Fraud, deception, or impersonation
  • SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco, where prohibited)
  • Any activity that violates TCPA, CTIA guidelines, carrier policies, or applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate messaging access for violations.

Services are intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. No individual under eighteen (18) may receive any service unless expressly permitted by applicable law and approved in writing by a parent or legal guardian. Certain services, including injectables and laser treatments, are not available to minors under any circumstances. The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Your personal information, including phone numbers, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

11. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the messaging service at any time without notice. We reserve the right to revoke messaging access for non-compliance with our terms.

12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Messaging services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for message delays, delivery failures, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
